Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship to Canada only.

Q: Do you have other products available that are not listed online?

A: We do have access to other products you want since we have excellent supply chain to support that.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google, Wechat Pay, Alipay.

 

Q: Can I pick-up my order?

A: Free In-Store Pick-Up is available to those who want to pick up their orders in our warehouse. Our location is on 11891 Hammersmith Way, Richmond, BC, Canada V7A 5E5. To arrange an in-store pick-up, please contact us.

Pick up is only available from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you provide free shipping?

A: Yes, we provide free shipping according to your order amount and location.

Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster: Free local delivery is available for orders over $120. $15 flat shipping cost will be charged for orders under $120.

West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadow, Surrey, White Rock, Delta: Free local delivery is available for orders over $250. $20 flat shipping cost will be charged for orders under $250.

Langley, Maple Ridge: Free local delivery is available for orders over $450. $25 flat shipping cost will be charged for orders under $450.

Shipping cost to other places will be charged according to the parcel weight by variety shipping carriers.

Q: If I need to make a return, what’s your policy?

A: If you’re unhappy with your order or have received defective merchandise, please contact us! Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days under certain circumstances. All custom items, such as our custom bags, are final sale.
